July 31, 2008 would have been Milton Friedman’s 96th birthday. To honor his vision and the impact he has had on our society, we are asking policy groups from around the country to hold an event in his honor.

YOU CAN...

  • Come together to discuss ideas that were dear to Milton—school choice, individual liberty, free markets, limited government, etc.

  • Hold a dinner, a reception, policy briefings, discussion group, or even use the event as a fundraiser for your organization.

  • Attend an event already in your area. A list of official events is coming soon.

  • Earn recognition as an official Friedman Legacy event by making Milton Friedman’s ideals the focal point of the event.

  • Utilize resources of the Friedman Foundation, which include a media kit and a DVD about Milton Friedman to assist in the celebration.
